Mandif’s style show-cases daring combinations within his food alongside exciting and original presentation, by using processed stones and other nature-based plates.

Highly passionate about Food Gastronomy, his passion and techniques stem from several renowned restaurants around the world. Chef Mandif was also regularly invited as “Guest Chef” for several finest restaurant like “Eisvogel” a Michelin Star restaurant at Bierkenhof Hotel, Germany, “La Salle” Restaurant, at Schols Elmau Resort, Germany and “The Grand Final Indonesia Master Chef (session one)”.

Prior to managing Padi & Lumbung at Desa Visesa Ubud, Mandif has gained an extensive culinary experiences at major hotels around the world such as Jumana Fine Dining at Banyan Tree Hotel, Ungasan, Bali, Europe (Netherland) at Golden Tulip Amersfoort, U.A.E (Dubai) at Desert Palm (Per Aquum) and Nad Al Sheba Golf and Horse Racing Club and Abu Dhabi at Al Raha Beach Hotel.

Based on these achievements, Chef Mandif is acknowledged as one of the best chef’s in Indonesia and now on his own journey to produce an Indonesian Michelin Star Restaurant.
